The flag shown is the flag of the former "Concertación de Partidos por el No" that existed in 1988 for the plebiscite against Pinochet. Then, the alliance changed to the actual Democratic Conciliation and the rainbow stayed but without the NO and that's the actual flag of Concertación.

Block of parties arisen in the late 80s as a common front against the dictatorship of Pinochet, formed by the parties: Socialist, Radical, Democratic-Christian, PPD and minor groups, is the movement in the government from 1990 with four consecutive administrations.
